Official documents generally refer to items such as letterhead paper, collection receipts, envelopes, payment vouchers, order slips, restaurant checks, transaction slips, service forms, warranty certificates, employee signature books, prescriptions, etc. Printed documents, other than official documents, are printing products preferred and used by individuals or legal entities based on the administrative or functional needs of businesses during commercial operations. Official documents must be printed and distributed with the necessary attention, care, and sense of responsibility. These documents can be produced either as continuous forms for computer use or in bound formats for manual filling. The province code is also included on the printed documents. Documents cannot be printed or duplicated outside of the authorized province code.

Important Points in Official Document Printing

  • During the printing process of official documents, it is advisable to communicate directly with a printing house authorized by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. In this case, third parties should never be used as intermediaries in official document transactions.
  • No information or delivery form should be signed before the job is completed. Such forms should only be signed after the received documents and forms have been checked thoroughly.
  • When receiving any document from a printing house authorized by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the serial or sequence numbers should be checked and verified. The serial or sequence numbers on the delivery form must match those of the delivered documents.
  • The company is held responsible for the serial or sequence numbers listed on the signed information form.
